Black Tea’s Andray Domise: “Israel is an Apartheid State”

Black Tea is a new podcast featuring Andray Domise and Melayna Williams. It claims to discuss issues important to black people. After entreaties to try it out, I subscribed and listened. I found it superficial, focused almost entirely on trying to reinforce the idea that white people are racists, working to silence the voice of minorities. Listen to the podcasts and you will find the underlying subtext easy to determine, that Black is Good and White is Bad.
Of course, it took only a few episodes before Domise came out to demonize Israel. In trying to defend Marc Lamont Hill for his “from the river to the sea” statement in his UN speech, Domise identifies Israel as an apartheid state using a series of rumours, half-truths and lies.
Make your own judgement on this. I offer it as a reminder that the perpetually aggrieved will sully the names of friends and allies at the drop of a hat and will always feel they are justified in doing so. Remember this when you try to understand their claims.
